Our Apps and Websites

The apps we publish, available via Google Play and the Apple App Store have different privacy policies, which are always linked to on the store they are published on. It is commonplace for apps to be distributed without permission on unofficial websites. Our apps should only be downloaded from Google Play and the Apple App Store. Any apps downloaded via different websites or providers are not supplied or supported by us and as such we cannot verify the functionality or safety of them, even if they contain our branding.

Our apps may collect and share data with third parties for functionality, marketing, advertising. For further details please refer to the privacy policy provided on the Google Play or Apple App Store app page.

Cookies

We only use cookies on our domains to track sessions to improve your browsing experience. However, if you visit social media platforms where we post content, or you visit other sites that we link to, you are subject to those companies' privacy policies.

The data we collect

We collect communication data from people who contact us via email or by any other method. We use this to reply to you, fulfil legal duties, and manage business operations. If you use the contact form on this website, your provided data (name, email, message, marketing-consent) will be stored by us for this purpose.

We collect marketing data from people who deliberately opt-in to newsletters and mailing lists, so we can provide those mailings to them. We never subscribe anyone to a mailing list without explicit consent. You can unsubscribe from the mailing list at any time by clicking the link at the bottom of every edition. (This won't affect whether we contact you for other transactional or business purposes, like replying to messages you send.)

Third party data

We may share information with partners or service providers to allow them to carry out actions on our behalf, and they may share information with us. We may use the tools that other platforms and partners provide to view aggregated statistics on viewers, and to make decisions about content production and moderation.

Partners include:

- Google  (privacy policy), for email and business operations.

- Our accountants and legal advisors

We also post and communicate on social media platforms including but not limited to YouTube, Facebook, Instagram, TikTok and Twitter, which are governed by those companies' terms and policies.

We will never sell your personal information.

We will never pass on personal information to organisations unconnected with our direct business operations except in extreme circumstances (for example emergencies, for personal safety, or for law enforcement requests).

How we protect your data

We make sure that thorough manual and automated controls are in place to keep personal information secure. However, you should not send any confidential or sensitive data to us without first notifying us and negotiating terms of its use and reuse.

How long we keep your data

We keep data for as long as necessary for business purposes, and to comply with legal and regulatory requirements.

Your rights of access, correction and deletion

You can request a copy of information we hold about you, to correct incorrect information, or to delete information about you that is no longer required. If you'd like to exercise these rights, please contact us at Elliot@ElliotPick.com with a description of the information. We will require proof of identity to a reasonable standard.
